DIRECTIONS FOR USE: After bathing or showering apply a small amount with warm hands, gently massaging with circulation motions from the feet over the knee up to the thigh and buttocks. Then with some more oil massage the abdomen and across the chest, up over the shoulders and down the arms. All movements must be upward in the direction of the heart, encouraging good blood circulation.
