Yes Lubricants was founded in 2003 by long standing friends, Susi Lennox and Sarah Brooks. After careers working for major pharmaceutical companies, they realised that there was no natural alternative to synthetic lubricants available, so they set out to create their own line of natural, organic, plant-based lubricants.

After a three and a half year development period, they launched the range in 2006. The range is made exclusively from natural ingredients that are known to be beneficial to the skin, and does not include any synthetic ingredients such as parabens or silicones, like many non-natural lubricants. They use only natural ingredients, those that are plant-based and occurring in nature), with beneficial properties, such as plants that are known to benefit the mucosa and skin. The products are Certified Organic by the Soil Association and Yes are committed to no animal testing for any of their ingredients.
